Team With The Best Goalkeeper

As I'm not too familiar with a lot of these soccer teams, quite specifically a lot of the players involved, I'm wondering if I can get some views from those of you who are more astute with the game and the teams involved; those views being which team has or might have the best or top goalkeeper in the tournament.

Buffon (Italy) and Casillas (Spain) are generally (and correctly) regarded as the two best in the world. Petr Cech (Czech) is probably 3rd. Ricardo (Portugal) is also very good and, IMO, under rated, may be better than Cech right now. Edwin Van der Sar (NED) is also very good.

Would have said my top three are:

Buffon
Van der Sar
Cech

Of course, goalkeeping is largely a function of your team defense. See the Italy-Dutch game today as evidence.

Casillas is the best keeper.

Van der Sar and Cech both have defenses behind them that are much worse than their respective club teams.

I'd say Cech and Casillas are the top two keepers. Van der Sar, and Riccardo are also very good. Don't judge Buffon on how many goals he gave up today because the Dutch had tons of very good chances.

Casillas! Real's defense wasn't really that good this year but you wouldn't have known this because of Iker. i'm pretty sure Real faced the most SOG in all of la liga, but Casillas still allowed the least # of goals. still, in a tournament like this one goalkeeping blunder can change the whole thing
